TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
1.
Check in at 12.00
noon. Check-out at 12.00 noon. If you are intend to stay more than check out
time, your room will be charged by hour.
2.
Key card loss or
damaged will be charged RM 20.00
3.
Doodles &
writing on the wall is not allowed, if applicable, charge of RM50.00.
4.
Management is not
responsible for loss / damage occurred . If guest did not claimed within a maximum ofa week , the management have
right to dispose of the goods.
5.
Any illegal
cuttings & flammable / commercial items / heavy equipment is not allowed to
be kept in the hotel room. Any explosives, poisons, radioactive substances
harmful and combustion of fuel is not allowed in the hotel.
6.
Pets are not
allowed at the hotel. Not allowed to bring any type of plant in the hotel room.
7.
You are not
allowed to make noise at the hotel & any interference or action which could
interfere with other residents, the management have the right to order customers
to go out of the hotel room.
8.
You are not
allowed to hang clothes or anything else related goods out of the hotel window.
9.
Visitors are not
allowed in after 11pm.
10.
Any exchange or
transfer of the hotel is not allowed without permission from the Front Desk.
11.
Any damage to the
furniture, designs, or anything else that is available in the hotel rooms is
the responsibility of the guest
12.
Ensure all
equipment, electrical switches and windows should be closed / turned off before
leaving.
13.
Prohibited cook
or smoking in the hotel premises while
in the hotel.
14.
Please inform the
Front Desk if you need ambulance services and hospitals.
15.
Any criminal
activity such as fighting, gambling, drugs, play loud video recorder or
prostitution is strictly prohibited.
16.
No refund fee for
each booking.
17.
Prohibited taking
the goods available in the hotel room, if taken, the hotel will charge extra
fees in your bill at the rate prescribed goods.
18.
If you are
interested to take items in the hotel room as a souvenier, you can buy it
direct to the frontdesk.
19.
Pay all the bills
during check in and guest must settle the payment before check out
20.
The hotel
management will not be responsible for any accident, damage, injury @ loss of
goods vehicles owned by the guest
21.
Once check-in and
guest cancel the stay, payment will not be refund.
