BOOKINGS

·         You can book your stay with us:
o    Online booking at booking.com
o    Walk in at any of our Sakiza View Hotel and Shaz Resort
o    Call our Sales & Marketing Office (office hour only)

·         Your booking will be charged in full or 50% deposit:
1.       Booking with full payment
Valid until 6am of the next day and the money will not be refunded.
2.       Booking with 50% deposit
Valid until 11 pm. After 11 pm, the hotel management have right to sell the room and the deposit will be refunded.
3.       Booking with no deposit
Valid until 8 pm. After 8 pm, the hotel management have right to sell the room.

·         A Booking Confirmation confirming your booking will be issued within twenty-four (24) hours of a confirmed paid booking to your registered email address, otherwise, please contact us
·         Print out your Booking Confirmation and present it for check-in at the Sakiza Hotel and Shaz Resort
·         Due to security reasons, only the Guest named in the Booking Confirmation is allowed to check-in
·         Advertised room rates are applicable for selected dates only
·         Promotion rate not valid for online booking at booking.com
·         Room rates are subject to availability
·         Room rates are subject to change without prior notice
·         Rooms are limited and may not be available on public holidays, school breaks and weekends
·         All room rates are on a per room per night basis
·         Room rates may or may not include taxes, VAT or GST (as applicable), service tax, service charge and/or admin fees depending on Hotel locality.

CANCELLATIONS

Payment made for bookings are non-refundable :
1.       Before booking date
Cancellations before book date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded
2.       At the booking date
Cancellations  at the booking date (12 noon until 8pm) 50%  of the deposit will be refunded.
 After 8pm until 12 am the room deposit will not be refunded if the room is not sold.
3.       After booking date
Cancellations after 12 am at the booking date, no refund.
            
·         Change of Guest name and cancellation of booking can only be made online at our website.
·         Unless otherwise expressly stated, no changes or cancellation will be allowed for promotional bookings. Please read the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion carefully, which terms of promotion shall apply to the booking and shall be binding on you.

CHANGES

No other changes are allowed but you may cancel your booking (subject to the terms of Cancellation above) and re-book your stay. Cancellations can only be made online at our website or direct call to our hotline number.
