In 2011, one more branch Sakiza Indah View was opened in Mersing, Johor which is Sakiza Hotel Mersing (River View Budget Hotel). It has 49 comfortable guest room.
In planning, Sakiza View Hotel will open two more budget hotel in Johor Bahru and Kota Tinggi. Budget hotel Kempas Utama opening soon on May 2014.
At the same time, Sakiza Indah View also provide rent a guest house which is homestay in Johor Bahru.
